Think of Louisiana and you can probably taste the Cajun flavors, hear the famous music and see the egrets taking wing over bayou waters. They’ve even got an Audubon Golf Trail here that will take you all over the state to play golf. The trail gets its name from early American artist John James Audubon, who did so many bird studies here.
